I still think you need to set aside time to focus on your real goals, I just have a new goal. Doing nothing.
If you try to be semi-productive during your downtime, you’re neither recharged nor productive and you continue to slug along. Taking time to do nothing is an investment in yourself.

What’s Okay in Moderation: – Books, audiobooks, and music. – Chores and fixing stuff.
What’s A-Okay: – Walks or bike rides. – Gardening and hobbies.
